2. According to the requirements of the contract, our factory is responsible for the old roller renovation and the transfer and transportation of the new rollers
3. All rollers sent out by our factory are regularly visited by the business personnel who sign the contract to solicit customers' opinions and Suggestions. We always adhere to the concept of "my product is my personality, let users like me, always choose me" and constantly improve the quality assurance system of quality management.
4. Where the rubber rollers produced by our factory have quality problems within the valid period of use, we will send a special person to deal with them within 24 hours after receiving the complaint to determine that there is a problem with the quality of our products, and will be replaced free of charge. The first is to give voluntary guidance, and the second is to repair or renew at cost.
